Browse and enable curated and community AI agents.
Overview
The Agent Store is a browsable catalog of curated agent packages that extend Lobster's built-in specialist team. Agents are organized by the AQUADIF taxonomy -- seven categories that map to the bioinformatics data lifecycle: Acquisition, Quality Control, Understanding, Analysis, Delivery, Integration, and Feedback.
The Agent Store is feature-flagged. It appears when your organization has the curated agent store enabled.
How to Browse
- Open the Agents panel from the left activity bar.
- Click Browse Agent Store at the bottom of the panel.
- Use the search bar to filter by name, description, or author.
- Click an AQUADIF category pill (e.g. Analysis, Quality Control) to narrow the list.
- Select an agent card to view details and enable it for your session.
Each card shows the agent's display name, version, description, author, download count, and category tags.

Tips
- Use the All pill to reset category filters and see every available agent.
- Agent packages are version-pinned -- the card displays the current version number.
- The store supports pagination; click Load more at the bottom if the catalog is large.
